- Responding to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
- Assisting customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
- Analyzing problems and offers solutions. Communicates in a professional manner with clarity, using good verbal and written communication skills at all times.
- Able to handle stressful and difficult situation in a calm and composed manner
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Bachelors in business or related field
- Computer experience a must
- Experience working in a call centre an added advantage
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
